Jose Arellano is a Ph.D. Candidate in Behavioral Decision Research at Carnegie Mellon University. His research broadly explores how organizations can harness behavioral insights to improve human welfare. Specifically, he uses online and field experiments to identify strategies that effectively promote health and ethical behaviors. Prior to his Ph.D., Jose worked in market research and behavioral science consulting roles in Latin America, focusing on finance, health and early childhood development.
