Dr. Nat Pedley is an Internal Medicine board-certified primary care physician at Early Medical. His practice centers around the principles of Medicine 3.0: identifying risk factors unique to each individual as early as possible to extend both lifespan and healthspan, and providing patients with behavioral and pharmacologic tools to maintain a quality of life aligned with their values and goals.

He graduated from the Internal Medicine - Primary Care Track residency program at UCLA, where he also completed a specialized pathway in Health Systems Management. Prior to this, he earned dual degrees from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Columbia Business School through the MD/MBA program.

In his previous role as a Primary Care Physician and Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor, he provided direct primary care to a diverse, historically underserved patient population, taught residents and medical students during ambulatory care clinical rotations, and led quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing clinic workflow and enhancing population health.

Dr. Pedley is also a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and has devoted significant clinical and research attention to patients affected by both obesity and nutritional insecurity. This includes roles as co-director of the LA VIDA Weight Management Clinic at Olive View and as an obesity medicine specialist at Form Health, a leading virtual weight management company.

His interest in the intersection between weight gain and the menopausal transition led him to become a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner in October 2024. This additional training has enhanced his ability to address the concerns of women in midlife, focusing not only on metabolic health but also on improving overall quality of life.
